Plumbing Installer

Licensed Plumbers are paid on a commission basis. A signing bonus up to $2,500 may be available based on experience.

What you will do:

• • Install and repair plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures 
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations  
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business 
  • Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside 
  • Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business 
  • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed 
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving 
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats 
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations 

Who you are:

• 3-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing license (required)
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
